More Dangerous than 3 Mile Island or Chernobyl
How many of you work for or have worked for a toxic boss? Most people have some painful stories to share, if they did not then Dilbert would not be so successful. But what is worse, a toxic boss or a toxic employee/coworker? Fellow blogger and marketing guru Seth Godin just wrote an interesting post on the subject arguing that toxic bosses are far worse because “they can cause whole sections of an organization to go off the rail.”
